It used to be one of my favourite places for yin yoga in Bath, unfortunately not any more. As being pregnant I really appreciate some extra softness on my back, however last time on my yin class I was told off by couple ladies for using 2 yoga mats as there won't be enough for the class. In the end there were free mats and my back and knees didn’t feel amazing after the class. Sometimes little more understanding is quite appreciated.

A beautiful studio in the heart of Bath. I have been coming for about a year having not done much yoga before hand and have learnt lots from the teachers. The studio is clean with lots of props. There is such a variety of classes and times to suit my schedule. There is a nice chill out area where you can wait for a class and have a tea. Liv's Monday night class is perfect to warm your soul especially as the nights draw in!

Yoga Bodhi is a fab place to take a class, especially in yoga, but they do all sorts of other things too. It is always clean, with friendly staff and well-trained teachers. Highly recommend.

Sarah Robinson's Slow Flo is powerful . I am really well since I started with her. It took me time to be able to practice without pushing or pulling, and to understand that what we need, we already know. We can just listen in to our body. I love the Undoing of Sarah's practice and also of Simona's Restorative sessions. You have space to feel into body and breath, and wait for the energy to move into every area of you. These are wonderful practices. Thankyou Sarah. Thankyou Simona
