Service is very hit and miss Some days it’s great some days it’s awful The days it’s great, I walk in, get a hello, a good bye. And fantastic advice on what I am looking for and what colour to choose. I’m a big fan of all saints and especially the quality of it. I bought a jumper two years ago, I wear it around 4 times a week, with a wash at the end of the week. Brilliant quality and it looks dead smart and casual at the same time. The times I’ve had poor service, I’ve just been blanked the whole way through. Quite literally staff were looking at me then turn the other way and pretend they’re busy messing around with coat hangers etc. Not a nice feeling for a customer. To go in around and out a shop and to not have a word spoken to you is poor. Often I wear all saints clothing when I shop as I have around 5 pieces. So to be ignored is poor. The actual store could do with more lighting on the ladies department. The men’s is nice, but all the clothes are the same colour, not much variation. Many different variations if you like black, brown and beige

4/ 5

Went in to try out some leather jackets, I was helped out by a very friendly and helpful staff member who was more than happy to take time in helping me. This all Saints looks very trendy like all the other AllSaints stores. Ladies clothing is on the ground floor and mens is on the first floor. Only reason they lose a star is because there isn't much choice like I've seen in the London stores. Mens department a little sparse.
