Lush Bath bath

Went into lush to get a facial cleanser to remove make up with out using makeup wipes. This really lovely friendly member of staff got a collection of some. She sat and we chatted while she showed me how they worked. Was really nice experience and I walked away happy and with a smile on my face.

Nice store. Girl helped me was really nice, can’t complain. Not sure about the blaring loud music whilst purchasing gentle (to the skin) and relaxing (bath bombs).

Very nice shop, bath bombs do job :) all products very nice and strong flavoured. Also very good choice of prepared gifts.

The staff were attentive but also knew when to stop the hard sell which is vital if they're going to get a sale out of me! I was particularly impressed by the way the staff were happy to find a list of ingredients and their origins for me and answer my questions. I have been struggling to cut down on packaging and want to completely cut out palm oil and I succeeded in both here. Lush are leading the way!

The spa here is magical. One of the best places to go here for a treatment. Always enthusiastic staff. Always consistent and very good value for money.

Went into Lush Bath today, had a lovely lady (looked in her teens/twenties) help me choose a gift and then kindly offered to see if she could get discount for me as the last box was slightly damaged. She was brilliant and I thank her for all her knowledge and knowhow on the products in Lush. Thank you! I met Cal at the checkouts. Cal is was amazingly lovely. From my excessive Christmas shopping, I had to do a bit of money transferring and he patiently waited for me to be ready, keeping my things safe. Cal really personifies the lush brand to the t. His wonderful demeanour, patience and smile made my day. Keeping being wonderful Cal! Hoping everyone at Lush Bath has a lovely Christmas, thank you for all your hard work! Merry Christmas!

I normally dread going into places like lush as I don’t really understand what everything is. But today a wonderfully helpful member of the Lush team called Lucy made everything very easy for me. What a lovely, polite and helpful person she is. I do hope she is there the next time we visit.

Wonderful spa experience. The staff are warm and welcoming and make you feel really cared for. And the treatments are really special, with accompanying music and soundscapes that transport you to a really tranquil, dreamlike place. Highly recommend!

Had my first lush party in-store here for my Hen Do and it was amazing. The party was for the 9 of us when the store was closed so it was great to have privacy. We got to play lots of fun games like guess the ingredient and supermarket sweep. We also got to make our own comforter bubble bar. The two store assistants who hosted the party were brilliant and made it an amazing experience. I'm the only lushie (person who is obsessed with lush) in my hen party group, but everyone said what an amazing experience they had and that is was better than expected - thank you Lush Bath Spa!
