Came in to this store yesterday with my Mum. The store assistant was behind the till and when we smiled at her, she just looked us both up and down. The second assistant emerged from behind the back of the store and while we looked around for five minutes they were talking to each other and completely ignored us. The assistant was telling her colleague how she was going to buy clothes from Wallis to look chic for her trip to Paris. We were the only customers and both agreed that even if we had loved something in the store, we would not have bought it due to such poor service.

Although this website states that the store on Argyle Street is open on Sunday, this is incorrect as they are closed on Sundays. What’s annoying, an online shopping can be only deliver to this store in Bath but during weekdays the store is open until 5pm which means that if you working ‘office hours’ you cannot pick you package unit Saturday. I ordered my dress for a special event on Thursday so I paid extra for it to be delivered on Wednesday but when I arrived at 5.05pm the store was already closed. Most shops are open until 5.30 so it was disappointing.
