Chappell & Matthews bath

Ok let me start with this, I just moved in Bath for the first time for me here in the UK in general and I was a little confused about everything but that is normal so I said to myself that I will find difficulties to find a place to fit me. However, guess what I found Ms. Alice Jackson and Mr. Mark Jervis. They make my move in very smooth and guess what, they reply to any of my emails immediately. OMG, I am glad to find Ms. Alice and Mr. Mark on my lovely journey here in Bath and I wish them all the best. Cheers Alice, Cheers Mark.

Its worst letting agents ever. Dont waste your time and money..

My friend and I were looking for somewhere new to move into together. Chappell and Matthews were hard to reach by phone as they were busy with calls but their response to our email was swift. From there the entire process was fast with a pleasant, professional viewing and when we said we wanted it a few days later the tenancy agreement and checks were completed quickly. Moving in was swift and easy. We have had some issues with the property since moving in but we have rectified those ourselves as we didn’t have a response through the maintenance app that C&M run. I didn’t feel that was enough reason to put four stars though as the rest of the process beforehand was smooth.

We were lucky enough to have Alice and the lovely Mark help us throughout our move and they made sure all of our questions were answered. Very lovely people indeed - thanks again guys!

The renting process through Chappell and Matthews has been absolutely brilliant. With some of the highest quality properties and offer in Bath and also the outstanding customer service from our lettings negotiator Lauren this has been by far my most pleasant renting experience. Lauren was able to provide us with comprehensive answers to any questions we had about the property and also always kept in communication with our group throughout the signing process. If you are looking to rent property in Bath, Chappell & Matthews is the ONLY place you should be looking at.

After a few months of searching for a property in Bath, we were finally successful with a flat through Chappell & Matthews. I am a first-time landlord and went for their service. Rich did the initial evaluation and Lauren took care of the paperwork of the rental process. Everything was done promptly, got us a tenant within a few days at a good price. So far the experience has been smooth and worry-free.

Renting with Chappell and Matthews next year. Have had a really good experience so far from the viewing to arranging the referencing. Lauren has been great in organising everything especially as we are not based in Bath at the moment.
