Vizion Hair Design bath

Had my hair done by Lauren and it looked and felt amazing, very friendly and accommodating staff.

Hair cut by Lauren this afternoon. Gave me exactly the blunt cut and style I wanted, and was super friendly. She cut my mum's hair too (which is often an awkward encounter as her hair is VERY curly) but nonetheless gave her a fantastic cut which mum was extremely pleased with. Will definitely be coming back reguarly for more cuts, worth every penny. Thanks Lauren!! Xx

Myself and my daughter have been clients for about 5 years. The salon and staff are welcoming and we are always happy when we leave - sometimes we just pop in for a fringe trim in between. There is no hard sell for products either which I find really annoying in other salons. If you want a good service, a great haircut and good value for money then Vizion is perfect.

The photo is what I asked for and what I was told would be achieved. The two below photos are what I've been left with, an awful patchy blue/ green colour. When I left the salon my hair was light grey but still not what I asked for. After less than 24 hours with no wash or products my hair turned this horrid colour over night. I went into the salon and asked why my hair was blue and the girl literally said NOTHING. No apology or offer to sort it out. I then asked a question about shampoo and left shocked and appalled with their bed service. I then posted this photo with my experience above to the Facebook page and as soon as they saw it I received a call saying they would offer me a refund or they would sort it out for free IF I deleted the post. (Essentially blackmail) obviously I do not trust this salon with my hair so went for the refund option. After much thought I have now decided to again post this photo and a review because I think customers should be aware. I was only offered a refund or fix IF I deleted my public post, however, when I first went into the salon to complain they said NOTHING, no apology or alternative. And at the end of the day I'm still left with this awful colour which I need to wait to fade before I can treat it further.

Kate has been doing my hair for the last fourteen years. Kate's expertise , knowledge and friendliness show through in each and every single appointment. Both myself and my young daughter would recommend the salon and it's wonderful staff to everyone.

It was Lauren who did my hair for me, it was a 21st birthday treat and she got it spot on! I got a Brazilian blow dry, colour and cut and it looks exactly how I wanted it too. She knew what I wanted and now I feel brand new, would highly recommend.

I've been going to this salon since it opened. I always get a warm welcome and a great haircut from Kate x
