BA1 Hair bath

I was so impressed with Kate P! I can be a bit tough on my hair- crazy color depositing shampoos and the like- but typically always revert back to blonde highlights. She managed to make my hair color more natural than it's ever looked, while still giving it a very subtle hint of lavender/fuschia tone that has been getting compliments for weeks.

I have thick hair which is difficult to manage which has lead to a challenge finding a hairdressers that can leave me walking out feeling happy with my hair. The hair wash was amazing and my hairdresser Libby was very knowledgeable giving me advise on how my sort of hair should be cut. I left BA1 Hair feeling and looking amazing. Thank you!

First time here this month and had a great experience! Really friendly and talented staff. Best haircut ever by Nick the senior stylist last week, and then followed it up last night with a gorgeous colour by Abby the trainee. Thanks guys!

Phil, what can I say! Amazing. From the moment I walked in I knew I was in the right salon for me. Friendly greeting at reception , great treatment from your apprentice and you managed to understand what my hair needed almost instinctively. I walked out with one of the best haircuts I have had in quite a while. THANK YOU.

Awful experience. I've resisted doing this but the service has been horrendous and after 6 months I am now in a position where I am going to have to chop all of my hair off. Mistakes happen and I left the salon in February with a botched bleach job, I returned twice for corrective services but this has left my hair in such poor condition it is falling out. The last time I visited I was told 'I needed to measure my expectations' well my expectations were not for my hair to fall out. I want nothing more to do with this salon, I was told they would 'look after me' and be in contact to arrange a followup but nothing. To clarify, I always asked for advice on what would suit me and my hair - I didn't go in asking for white blonde hair at whatever the cost, this was recommended to me to mask grey regrowth. 0/10 - avoid!

Great experience! My friend and I decided to spontaneously get our hair cut (post-lock-down needed!) Nick took great care of us. Excellent customer service, listens to what you want/suggest what would look best, brilliant hair styles and gorgeous salon! Highly Recommend.

Eddie is an absolute legend. The whole experience from having my hair washed and massaged (would definitely recommend the hair massage), to a a free coffee while Eddie masterfully cut my hair along with an engaging conversation. I've been to most of the barbers/salons in Bath and BA1hair is by far my favourite - you have a customer for life :)

I had a curly hair cut with Zac and he was brilliant. Really recommend if you are trying to embrace your natural hair, Zac listened to exactly what I want and talked me through how to recreate at home what he did in the salon. Loved the finished look, will be back for sure.
