Excellent service from David and Keiron at Snows Seat :) excellent communication through the sale process and phone calls, Excellent car video that I asked for as I lived over a 100 miles away. Showed me everything I asked them too. Went through everything with me from start to finish and I'm very delighted with the Car :) Definitely worth the travel. Keep up the good work guys :)

What a rip off! I asked how much it would be to change the headlamp sensor to clear a fault. They could have answerd the question on the phone, but instead they asked me to bring the car in and have a look. They kept me waiting for two hours and then told me that the headlamp sensor needed replacing. Yes, I know!! Then they charged me £80 for telling me what I already know. When they did finally give me a quote it was nearly £300 for a sensor I can buy on EBay for £30 and what Snows told me was half an hour of labour. Still, I suppose if you walk into a main dealer they assume you are an idiot. ....... Snow's reply below is awful! I didn't ask for a diagnosis, I asked how much it would cost for a new sensor. What possible liability is there in saying "a new sensor (if required) would be £300?" That would have saved me a lot of time and money. ..... And no, I was not told that Snow's charge £80 for estimates. I am happy to continue this discussion on Google, or you can talk to me privately. Service like this belongs in the 1970s.

Extremely helpful and great service. I recently bought a Seat Leon FR Estate, just under a year old, that I had only seen on-line. Sheldon who was my agent at Snows was amazingly helpful and informative. He sorted all the paperwork out and kept in touch using very helpful video messages, and sending me pictures of the car. Sheldon really did a great job of keeping in touch every step of the way and the car was immaculate when I picked it up and he spent a great deal of time explaining all of the functions and technical aspects of the car before I drove home. (He even made sure there was plenty of fuel in the tank, more than enough to get me home) I would have no hesitation is recommending this great dealership.

We were looking for a new car and had just gone to Seat Salisbury by chance. There happened to be a couple of cars in the model we liked on the forecourt which were nearly new. Joshua Day came to speak with us and gave us a lot of good info on the cars and left us to look round. We took up his offer for a test drive and were very impressed with the car. We spoke with Joshua who was very helpful and not pushy and gave us quite a few option on buying the car. After thinking on them over night we contacted Joshua to pay a deposit and purchased the car. To keep it short, Joshua made the whole process very easy and along with Luke Diamond we are extremely pleased with the car and how the Salisbury Seat team conducted the whole sale. We will definitely be keen to use them again. Great customer service.
