Bristol Appliance Repairs bath

The fridge broke, I called up and Matt was able to fit me in between jobs to come have a look. He ordered the part and booked back in to fit it. It now works like new. Quick, friendly, well priced. Perfect service in fact.

Our Kenwood fridge freezer was making a noise, which got progressively worse. I phoned Bristol Appliance Repairs up at 8.30 am and by 11.30 the fan motor had been replaced by a very pleasant and competent engineer. Exceptional service, cannot praise enough.

Our washing machine broke! Nightmare right! Wrong these guys came quoted and repaired, amazing! Then the cooker broke! Nightmare right! You know where I'm going with this.... I received a prompt response to my website enquiry. A polite and helpful engineers arrived in the promised time window and carried out an efficient repair. Excellent throughout.

After phoning and leaving a message about my cooker, Matt very quickly within the hour left me a text message on 6/4/21 to email Shelley for prices and availability. I emailed straight away and also a few days later again as heard nothing, still to this day have not heard back, nearly 2 weeks later. Disappointed as I am a person that use and submit reviews. Not a professional way to run a business I feel. Fortunately cooker now repaired used another company, call 1 day repaired the next. I waited 10 days before doing this as was hopeful of a response. Given 1 star as Matt replied very quick.
