BPM Maintenance bath

BPM do everything round the house. They have done a few jobs for me including boiler servicing, fixing leaks and providing new flooring after some boards rotted inside the front door. The work has been to a high standard and the only time I was not completely satisfied they returned at no extra charge to ensure I was completely happy with the job. They are not the cheapest, but for a quick, efficient service well worth the investment.

Awful company - no breakdown of charges. They seem to charge whatever they like and it's extortion. Really bad customer service. Wouldn't go near them ever again! Big mistake

Very disappointing. I booked in a boiler service at the end of last year, and despite mentioning the boiler model when booking I was sent a gas engineer who did not know the system at all and therefore could not even diagnose the ongoing pressure fault we have. And the price was a little more than competitors I might add. I then called back a few weeks later and managed to book in an engineer free of charge for early 2017. He knew the boiler model and diagnosed a faulty valve. So I thought all was fine and was ready to receive the quote and book the work in. HOWEVER, no correspondence followed after a few weeks. And not only that. I rang many times and sent multiple emails and was constantly told that someone would get back. NOTHING. What an incredibly frustrating company to deal with. I rarely leave critical reviews but this is too much.

Situation: Called for a pipe fix due to a leak in kitchen sink. Gave a call and was offered an appointment for next working day. Time of engineer's arrival was specified and arrived promptly. Review comments: Overall very good. Engineer resolved issue very quickly and efficiently. Customer service for appointment scheduling very good as well and commendable for offering an appointment within the next day. No complaints to make. I recommend to anyone in the Bath area.

I have been using them for years for my own home and HMO property, they are always quick to respond and go beyond to make sure I am happy with the work done. Would recommend!

very rude unprofessional people! Pete especially never get work done with these guys! They are pure cowboys! Left scaffolding outside for 2 and a half months didn't check it once! Even when it was really windy out by law they are supposed to check every seven days! Only when I said I'm reporting this they have decided to take it down
