Had a wonderful overnight stay and it was one of the highlights of our visit to this beautiful town. From the warm welcome to booking us a table in a restaurant. Nothing is too much for this great B&B and going over and above seems to be the norm. Cannot recommended these fine people enough!! Iain & Melissa

My husband and myself have just come back from a 2 night stay. I have to say this is one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in. We had a lovely spacious room, the staff were so friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. Our room over looked their beautiful gardens and which were lovely to sit in with a pimms watching the sun set over the views of Bath. Permit parking was good and once the car was park we didn't need it again. Only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Bath. Be warned there is a steep hill to walk down to get there. When they found out it was my birthday i was left a lovely card and box of chocolates. Having molton brown products in the room was a nice touch of luxury. I would definitely recommend this family run B&B and would happily stay again. 5* recommendation

What a great stay. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. The location is brilliant in a nice quiet area and only a ten minutes walk from the city centre. The room was immaculate with a stunning en-suit bath room. The view of the city was amazing and the garden is stunning. Over all a very nice place and had a wonderful time there.
