We stayed here (me and my sister) as we were competing in the 50km Cotswold challenge and wanted to stay over in Bath. Pete and Margarite were lovely hosts, our room was clean and pleasant with tea/coffee making facilities available. We had an ensuite shower room with toilet and handwashing basin. We paid a small amount for secure parking which was behind the Villa gates at the back of the property. Breakfast consisted of cereals, juice, fruit and yogurt. There was also the addition of Scrambled eggs and toast which were lovely. A good place to stay.

Well located near the center of town. But musty rooms and had bed bugs and cleanliness issues.
