Wonderful stay, all the staff are very hospitable and helpful, and always smiling. Room was very clean and bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice and lots to eat. Hotel has a car park, so was able to leave the car and catch a bus into the city centre, bus stop right outside (short walk for those able to walk). We spent our 37th wedding anniversary here and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Visit The Bell for great live music!!

This was a great place to stay & use as a base to visit the many attractions in Bath. We were very happy with our room - very clean, modern & bright. Breakfast was very good & we were more than happy with the parking arrangements. The staff we spoke with were terrific. We walked in the city, visited the sites & got a taxi back to the hotel

Stayed here for a week. Nice hotel at the heart of beautiful city Bath. Nice ambiance. The room was small, but they say it is same across UK. Breakfast was really good but same menu every day. Staff were friendly.

The staff make this hotel special. Normally use Premier Inn but will have a serious think next time I book. The refractory area was very pleasant to sit in for morning and evening meals. Having the inclusion of breakfast is definitely a selling point. Perhaps evening menu could be a bit more imaginative but the staff worked so hard and were conscientious that more than compensated. Having on site parking meant we could forget about our car though they do charge nightly and you are not guaranteed a place.

Overall a very pleasant hotel and for the price you cannot go wrong! Bed was surprisingly comfortable, room was a good size and the water in the sink & shower was lovely and hot! Shame there was no dental kit or separate soaps and shower gels/shampoos but I presume these can be requested from reception. Didn’t have chance to experience the breakfast but definitely a good little spot price wise and location wise!

The room is clean and good. However, breakfast is not that great, drinking glasses and knives and forks are not clean. I am so surprised as during the pandemic, hygienes should be much better than this. Always found my glasses for juices are not clean, still have orange bits in them, cups have lipstick marks on. My first time stay and Holiday Inn, sorry but I will go back.
