This st Christopher's hostel was better than the one I stayed in at Greenwich London. I like how the entrance to rooms was separate from the bar entrance. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The showers and bathrooms are unisex but I had no problem with that. Water pressure was great in the showers and temperature hot if you like hot showers. The breakfast was fairly well organized compared to the one in Greenwich. Check in and check out was simple. The hostel itself is in a great location, don't have to walk too far to see the sights. This hostel does not have a kitchen but it does have a couple small fridges in the guest chill out room. I would stay here again.

Did not like the place... we (me and my wife) went on a hot day and there is no ventilation in the room and that made the stay a little uncomfortable (we took a double room with a private bathroom)... the place is clean but the facilities are not that we expected from St Christopher's... the breakfast is pathetic, very limited number of options, the juice is really bad and the staff literally pulled away the food saying the time is over... the two stars for the location, price and cleanliness, would have given another star but Staff behaviors at the end of breakfast lost 2 stars... room is very very basis but the wash room was clean...

Very nice hostel, clean showers and toilets and kind staff. The rooms are very noisy, but if you use ear plugs they offer for free, you feel you’re in paradise. Very well located and comfy beds. You’ll have to pay a little bit for leaving your backpack in the lockers if you need to when check out.

Stayed overnight here after a day of backpacking. Rooms were comfortably sized, beds clean and comfortable and I could just hop into bed when I arrived. I stayed in the 6 bed female dorm which came with a towel (so no need to hire), as well as a hair dryer and straightener for use in the room. The hostel itself is sociable with a bar downstairs. I stayed overnight when a Manchester United game was on and there was much excitement. Luckily the hostel provides free earplugs so it wasn't really a problem. There is also a "chill out" room, which I didn't check out but I imagine it's a quieter common space than the bar. If you book direct, there is a free, simple breakfast in the morning which is enough to get you by. I enjoyed my stay and would come back again.

What a fantastic place! As a lone (50+) lady traveller I can honestly say that I've never felt as safe and comfortable in lodgings. The accommodation and facilities are clean and comfy. The staff are friendly, fun and professional. I will have no hesitation in booking again at Bath or any of the other locations, in fact I'm looking forward to my next adventure in Edinburgh already! Thank you Andy and Ben for your hospitality and I hope that the hand stitching on the leather seat hold up well!

The hostel is located in the heart of city and near the main attraction places - the Roman Baths and the Bath Abbey (5 minutes walk) and Waitrose. Please bring your own towels, the hostel has no towels provided, but you can buy them at the hostel in the amount of GBP 3.00. The hostel is kind of old, but not bad for backpackers.

The Hostel itself was old-looking, in need of some renovations, and the entryway smelled like hay. The bathrooms are shared by many rooms, so it's a bit of a walk to use the toilet at night. The reception is in the bar downstairs, so there isn't a classic front desk. The lack of a kitchenette was a bit of a pain as well. But the location is great, near many attractions, as well as a grocery store (Waitrose). The rooms have lockboxes under the beds, and mirrors on the wall, so that was a bit plus!

went here with my best friend and we (being who we are) had to change rooms and kept getting locked out of our room (again all because of who WE are) and the entire staff was so accommodating and chill, they were just awesome, loved the whole experience.
