Adorable spot in a premium location. Bar and cafe are equally adorbs. Quick walk (less than 10 min if you don’t get distracted by the sites) to major locations in Bath. Rooms are classic style, bathrooms have been renovated. Hotel is a good value for the easy of the location. Don’t bring a car, it’s really hard to find parking.

Appearances deceive. Wonderful Position and visual appearance. But: Rooms were tiny - not even enough space to store a large suitcase. Staff were disinterested. We ordered a drink on the outdoor seating area - first had a drink spilled on one of us, followed by a 30+ minute wait for the drink. Overall: don’t bother. Not at all good value for money.

The manager that was on duty was so so helpful! I use a mobility scooter and as we had booked a small double he offered to park it in a store room for me. He also moved our rooms closer to the lift so I wouldn't have to walk far to get it. The room was small as stated but the bed was amazing as was the showers! Yes 2 one waterfall and one normal. The only thing that took a little getting used to was having a toilet like a stall in the room. It's a good job we've been married a few years other wise it could have been very embarrassing. A great nights sleep and a lovely wash. What more do you want. Plus its in the very centre of bath.

Fantastic location in a period building. Close walking distance to Roman Baths, Bath Abbey and shops and restaurants. Lovely place to spend the evening, walking around the town as things get quieter. Greatly enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel in the middle of Bath. You are right in the centre of the city life and everything is in easy walking distance. Rooms are very nice, perhaps on the tight side but you have to remember that it is a very old Georgian building. I was looking forward to a long soak in a bath but my room only had a shower. You had to book for breakfast. On arriving I was shown to my table and the lady appeared very harassed. She in herself was delightful but service that you would expect from a prestigious hotel was missing. It would appear that she was doing all the orders and the other two young waitresses were just for clearing tables. At 7.00am and first service that was not an issue. They may have been better utilised helping with service. It took me 30 minutes for my breakfast to arrive. I was on a tight schedule and I did not have time to enjoy. The food was good but I was offered no fruit juice or additional toast. Bit disappointed really

Had a 2 night stay in this hotel and really enjoyed the small plate menu and drinks. You couldn't ask for a better location close to sights, eateries, shops and pubs. We had breakfast outside of the hotel only a few minutes walk away, only because we didn't want to be tied to a time. Staff were friendly and helpful and bedrooms were clean and well presented. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Abbey Bath hotel. I had previously visited in September 2020 and was not disappointed on the second visit. It was my mum’s birthday during our stay and the staff did everything they could to make it extra special. In particular, Kara at reception was very friendly and helpful both before and during our visit and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. The bar and breakfast staff were also incredibly helpful and accommodating. Thank you to all of you for making our trip so great. This hotel is perfectly situated, less than 5 minutes walk from the Roman Baths and Abbey. The rooms are also comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend to all
