Nice dealership. The staff are always friendly and willing to answer questions. The only thing I would say is that if you are trying to get a deal on a new car they're not always as competitive as other Merc dealers.

No one was interested in saying “hello” to me, let alone asking if I’d like any assistance. The vehicles in the showroom were locked, so I couldn’t even take a look inside them by myself. And to top it all, when I went to leave, one of the sales team had parked a demo car in front of mine, almost to the extent that I couldn’t drive away - this despite the fact that there was plenty of space to park the demo vehicle next to mine. I will certainly not be returning to this dealership again and am much less likely to consider purchasing a Mercedes as a result of this experience.

After contacting three different Mercedes dealerships around the UK, Looking to purchase two E220 Se models up to 12 months old. James Hall sales executive at Salisbury provided exceptional customer service with an outstanding level of professionalism. Which Intern gave me the confidence to make my purchase by email and phone calls. Mercedes of Salisbury also gave the best value on my two part exchange vehicles beating another dealership buy few hundred. Within 24 hours from receiving my email the sale of two nearly new E class had been arraigned with one that had to be relocated from another of their depots I was kept well informed with daily update’s right up to the handover. Over all I received quality customer service from all the staff at Salisbury. This Dealership actually return your phone calls, respond to your emails all with in a timely manner.

I have just bought a new vehicle from here after having Range Rovers for a long time and being let down by their poor customer service and unreliable vehicles. My experience at Mercedes was by far the best I’ve ever had at any dealership. Dean was so patient and professional, taking time to explain all the different spec levels to me and helping me to choose the vehicle that was right for me. The car arrived earlier than I expected and the handover was seamless. Dean really took the time to ensure everything was perfect. I cannot recommend the service here highly enough.

After 4 vehicle purchases in 9 years with a 5th ordered, how disappointing to be let down so badly by uncaring customer service; even the General Manager ignored an email. Whether complacency or a 'couldn't be bothered' attitude has set in, the anticipation of a new Mercedes from Sandown Salisbury will never happen again. What a shame. Therefore, farewell Mercedes of Salisbury, hello BMW.
