After 2 hours of listening to very interesting conversations about families of employees and their friends affairs, I had taken prescription to Bath and was served within 10 minutes. Avoid!

Shocking service. I have never had a prescription ready when it went in several days before. Today’s excuse is ‘it’s just being checked’. That was 40 minutes ago. Feel free to look at the rear of the shop. No wonder everything goes missing. Their ‘system’ of keeping track of prescriptions is to pile them all on the floor. And again a complete waste of time. Prescription put in 3 days ago. Still not processed. And another update. Didn’t have the correct prescription so had to come back on the Monday. It’s now Wednesday AND STILL NOT READY!!!!

Have to wait at least twenty minutes every time I go to collect a prescription. There are always 4/5 people working but seems to lack organisation and basic management. There were baskets of meds all over the floor behind the counter today with staff nearly tripping over them. After 15 mins of looking the woman serving me was told by pharmacist my prescription still needed to be checked before I could have it which would take another 10 mins. Very poorly run in my opinion.

Used online booking to book in a blood test. I received all email confirmations and covid safety instruction only to find when in store that none of these services are currently being offered. Please update your website and don't accept bookings for services that are not available! The staff very pleasant and apologetic.
