Absolutely terrible service from the senior manager with regards to a mix up of prescriptions. Made my very sick 74 year old mum cry! Go somewhere else.

Pretty much what everyone else says, near impossible to get a hold of by phone to check if your prescription is ready. This leads you to go visit numerous times to collect it. Will be swapping to a different pharmacy. Way too many issues.

An absolute joke of a pharmacy staff attitude is horrendous. Ability to dispense correct prescription is questionable. I used Lloyds at the health centre for many until it closed. Without any real issue. Since then nothing but problems. From the simple things as basic as answering a telephone. To the more important things like ensuring your given the correct prescription. They have failed on every front. I will not use them again.

Great service, lovely staff. I use Lloyds on the high street regularly - From repeat prescriptions, urgent prescriptions straight from the doctors surgery and things like flu jabs. If there are any problems, such as sometimes delays in prescriptions coming through, I’ve found the staff always do their best to check all systems to get what’s needed ASAP. They always explain any possible delays, so you know where you are with things, and that is very much appreciated. I cannot fault all the staffs efforts, especially as it’s a very busy place at times. I also find the store clean, tidy and well stocked.
