wish i could give 0 stars, 'lost' my repeat prescriptions many times, putting me in a&e for withdrawal

Good location and nice staff

Extremely difficult to collect prescription, they open & close still during most working hours and totally closed during the weekend!

Very rude and inconsiderate staff , they all need to be taught how to treat consumers , I have visited them more than once and been treated appallingly, never again

Pharmacist takes long lunches so don't try to pick up prescriptions during your lunch break

they dispense my wifes medications 10 days ago to someone else!

Xenophobic staff. I asked about the flu jab and the nurse told me it was for NHS members only. I am a NHS member but she assumed I wasn’t because I have an American accent. And I’m a white American woman, so imagine what she says to people of color from different countries 🤔 This kind of behavior is not okay.

Wish I could give 0 stars, very rude staff every time I’ve been there and I have a monthly repeat prescription and almost every time I’ve been there and I’ve phoned up to remind them they’ve not ordered it. So many wasted trips to the doctors and a waste of NHS time just to not be able to get my shots done.
