Came to do our weekly shop and when we came out the car battery was dead and we were stuck. We went inside Asda to ask for help and luckily for us Jordan came out and helped us jump start it from his own car in the heavy rain. It was amazing help from the Asda team and Jordan and they went above and beyond to help us out. A massive tthank you to Jordan and team!!!

Have shopped at Asda for many years but I must admit the experience is getting worse by the week! My biggest complaint is about the staff who seem to be getting ruder by the week. They never seem to want to help you thats if you manage to locate one . Only this morning I accidentally knocked into the corner of a display (must add I didn't knock anything over) to which a member of staff shouted at the top of her voice "you won't fit that in your trolley love" her face like thunder! I felt really embarrassed. I felt like saying something to her but was so taken aback I just walked out. I have always been a loyal customer but recently I've been thinking of spending my large shopping budget somewhere else in future.

Massive store. Good opening hours! If you go late at night then normally very empty shelves. No matter what time of day you go the checkouts are terrible. Sometimes you can wait up to 5 mins on self checkouts for someone to approve something which defeats the point in them!

I was in the other week when I asked the fat supervisor in the home section about a microwave. He was really rude and seemed more interested in sleazing over the female staff than doing his job. He was really creepy

Really fed up with this store now. Empty shelves and freezer sections most of the time, no staff available to assist as most are busy with online shoppers orders who constantly get in your way and push you aside. Tonight I have checked my till receipt and been overcharged on three items, one being 75p more!!!! Something needs to be done Asda, get an army of temporary staff in, close down for a while, have a good clean and massive sort out. Manager should be reviewed as well as he/she are obviously out of their depth here. Time for me to change supermarket I think!!!

Unfortunately staff seem to think because they are wearing masks they have to shout at you. If you do say to them you anit deaf they get funny with you and 'making them feel uncomfortable'. First time using self checkout not a pleasant or quick experience. Sticking with morrisons.

Very disappointed at what seems like dodgy practice. Look at the photo how much would you expect to pay for 4 bottles of Doom Bar? 4 for 3? Apparently not - "computer says no!" Don't trust the offers on the shelves, none of them may actually apply. I spoke to a manager and computer rules not the offers they clearly make.

Clean, Tidy, sometimes a large store can have too much choice.
