Burger King bath

Burger king was very busy. We had to eat downstairs. It was absolutely disgusting. Every table dirty and the floor was in a terrible state. One young lad came down and had to clean up on his own. He was very happy to do this. Why if they have cameras is it allowed to get in this state at all? The toilets were not very nice to use. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Ill member of staff working when should of been off ill....should not be working with food. No manger to been seen. Three members of staff doing nothing when the place was filthy. kids toy not as same as advert. burgur fell apart,chips over cooked. ill working dripping with sweat.somthing moving in coke. Worse fast food place i have ever been to.would never ever eat at any burgur king again after this experenice.

Mini bite size hash browns are amazing!

A store very much in need of a complete overhaul. What make this store stand out is the extremely professional and helpful staff. I'm popping by once a week, and I am always being warmly welcomed, no matter how busy the store is. Really nice atmosphere.

Good food and served quite quickly. Toilets (gents) are filthy. Not a true reflection on what should be good clean efficient customer service. Toilets should always be clean. Not too sure if management have seriously tried washing their hand in the tiny sinks with drip drip drip water flow? Come on Burger King Bath you can do better!

Very slow service and 2 of 3 orders in the group were wrong

Burger King is one of my favourite, if not the favourite fast food place. I am the Whooper lover 🍔. Unfortunately, this one in Bath is not the best I've visited. I've been few times in the past few weeks, and tables always looks filthy, bins are full and people behind the counter look like they aren't happy to be there. Food is consistent as you would expect from chain food place, but place definitely needs a bit of attention. To summarise food good, but service is below the average. Sorry, but smile and friendly greeting that's the minimum what customers want...

Very good and helpful

I've never been in such a bad BK before!!! First of all the lady behind the counter was so rude. I did ask for a double angus what was out of stock. I did try to change the coke in my whopper menu to a latte it was out of stock too. The lady did ask my wife if we want any sauce. My wife asked for ketchup and mayo but of course mayo was out of stock... Then they forgot the side for my wife. Toilet out of order?! All the tables were dirty, no one cleaned them at all. I did see the management working in the kitchen without hairnet or hat. This is a shame! I love BK but I wouldn't go back there ever again! Only 1 star because I cannot give less and the burger was good at least.
