Looks a lot better than it actually is.... From the outside this looks like quite a good restaurant with seating overlooking the river but unfortunately inside its not so good. The food is basic Wetherspoons type average fayre and after having been served oven chips with our meal it became obvious that this place was just turning over food and punters whilst making huge profits. Additionally the service was very basic and we were not asked if we were happy with the meals we had purchased. Although the premises looked fairly upmarket from outside once again inside it was not and the place could do with a good cleaning schedule as it looked fairly scruffy with dirty floors. Definitely will not be returning to this restaurant!

Awful unfortunately! I ordered calamari deep fried but it was horribly greasy and over done. The one good thing was the speed with which we were served.

Went there with my wife. Staff seemed very uninterested in serving us. After 2 requests we finally had our order taken. After waiting sometime for our meal we were eventually told our selection was no longer available as they had run out. Didn't get to actually taste the food. We guessed it was probably about as good as the service.

Our food arrived cold and veg was raw, the meals were brought out 5 mins apart, I sent it back to be heated up , it came back 8 mins later still cold with the same raw veg that should have been cooked. This meal was booked over a month ago for a special occasion, the gravy pot came out on my plate with ketchup on the side, I didn’t have ketchup so this was a used pot by a previous diner. Shocking.

Nice and spacious which we appreciated on a very hot day. Tasty chicken Ceaser salad. Good, friendly service. We did opt for the 'time saving option of payment by phone. Don't think it saved any time and possibly needs fine tuning but it was amusing.

This restaurant although looks nice from the outside was let down by the extremely poor standards of the food, the Herby Chicken we had was terrible and not very nice at all. We are unlikely to return to Bath anyhow, but if we did, this would certainly be a place to avoid. - This needs a desperate revamp and probably best if it was taken over by a better quality caterer! I understand profit is important, but you really need your customers to go away happy and not disgruntled as I am about this overall service. You really need to up your game with this restaurant, as it is lacking service and the food quality was appalling, when I complained the response was 'oh well' what do you want me to do now...
