5/ 5

I have been attending Frank's yoga classes since I was a student at the University of Bath 18 years ago and when in Bath always return to him. He has set the standard for yoga class for me, I'm not the only one as most of his students have been with him for over 10 years! What is fantastic is the class is mixed levels of ability, age and gender. He is the most experienced teacher in Bath and an excellent guide. He calmly and gently talks us through the postures to ensure we get the most benefit from our session. He is very observant and will gently adjust you when necessary. Frank provides a friendly and relaxed space for everyone to experience the true nature of yoga. Thank you Frank.

5/ 5

I’ve tried many yoga classes over the last 20 years of my practice, and in my opinion Frank's classes embody every aspect of yoga that I could hope for. He is down to earth and grounded in his teaching, but his presence radiates such open kindness and care of each individual, that it just inspires you to be your best self. To find someone with such warmth who can make yoga so accessible and enjoyable is a rare gift, and Frank gives it generously. His classes feel like the perfect balance of clear instruction and enlightened wisdom and are clearly backed up with a wealth of experience. He moves seamlessly from explaining the more physical aspects of movement and posture into gentle reflection with his calming voice, and I always leave the class feeling taller, refreshed, relaxed and on a high.
