My partner has been awaiting important results for the last 2 months and due to the surgery taking her number down wrong we got given an appointment 3 weeks later(which was yesterday) now due to the surgery still having the wrong number even though it was double checked and confirmed we have another appointment 3 weeks later. It’s taking 2+ months to get blood results for something that was marked as fairly urgent and the reception staff are unable to make anything faster even though it was not our fault. Only been at this surgery for 3 or so months and I’m already dreading what will happen if I need bloods done. The actual doctors when you get to speak to and see them are really good and the quality of direct care is outstanding but the inbetween is lacking and stressful.

Dr Bolton is one of the best , Most polite, modest, kind and professional Doctor in the Manor practice. Even though the practice is so busy, he always take his time to listen to your problem and also take his time to discuss your problems with you. He is always so kind no matter the pressure. U found one of the elderly receptionist very racist. She was always very rude and inpatient with me and my family members.

It’s taken 7 months for the surgery to read a letter from a private clinic and refer me to a specialist. I joined the practice at the start of the year and received no info once I was registered. I still don’t know how the systems work. Reception staff are so incredibly rude when I have called or have gone in. They seem to be irritated by anyone’s existence and put out when I didn’t know how to sign in using the computer. With my anxiety it’s left me feeling extremely unsafe. I’ve been registered with many GP practices and never experienced anything like this.
