Started off strong with good advice when helping setup a limited company for me. Then apparently vanished and I have had to seek help elsewhere and pretty much begin again. Disappointing.

5/ 5

Fifth Element have been our appointed business accountant for 10 years and have always provided a 1st class service. Not only do they do all the usual accountancy stuff really well, but always go that little bit further in providing invaluable advice in a swift and concise way. James Mason is a genuine and highly expert, single point of contact and has proven to be a lifesaver on several occasions.

James' has let me down greatly after several years as my accountant, resulting in thousands of pounds in fines and much lost time sorting out the mess he has left me in as a direct result of his repeated false promises and mistruths. He has taken monies for services that have not been supplied though has refused, despite continual requests, to provide information or explain his actions. Please feel free to contact me if you have had similar experiences, as I know that I am far from alone here.

Impossible to get hold of for six months. Late with SA and corporation tax returns. Claimed he'd done things he hadn't, that he was going to do things that never materialised, and gave advice that's causing headaches to my new accountants to sort out. Avoid.
