Great accounts

Last summer I had cause to complain about the level of noise being made by the builders working at this company's premises, just across the road from my house. I made a complaint in person at the office and spoke to at least 2 members of the staff. They advised me that the manager, Mr Guest, would get in touch with me and, when he didn't, later that day I returned and spoke once again to staff. I've now been told that the incident never happened and that I am a liar. Not a company that I would advise anybody to do business with.
