Pizza Hut Restaurants brighton

Disappointing. Not as good as used to be. Pizza's not very tasty. Salad not as good. Now have to order and pay at the counter. Won't keep a tab. No pan pizza's. No anchovies. No cinnamon bites.

It's a flip a coin sort of place. Some days they are fantastic and the pizzas are top notch, others the staff hide out the back and the pizzas are thinner then the menus. All i can say is, when they get it right its a lovely meal. Toilets are rather nasty as well.

Called them prior to visiting as it was a bank holiday and I wanted to check the buffet was on. I was told yes it was so booked a table for 6. Got down there to a completely empty restaurant to be told, No buffet on bank holidays!! Went to Harvester instead which was busy with their kids meals for £1 promotion. Can't believe they would rather have an empty restaurant on a bank holiday weekend than run the buffet?! Very short sighted of them.

It's a restaurant with no waiters and you have to pay before you eat. Food average at best. Hopefully I will never have to return.

Not been here in a long time. Now they no longer do table service have to order at the counter and everything is self service. Would have been better to have got a local takeaway. This ended up being expensive cheese on toast.

Went there three weeks ago so a late review. But the staff were very accommodating and friendly and worked hard to get things done. We ordered to go and the food was out in 20 mins not bad because they were slammed. We got a large hot meat feast pizza to share two sets of wings a litre of pepsi and a pepsi zero for £24.40 pretty good. Thought it would cost more and the food was really great!

Was ok - staff seemed 'hit or miss' depending on who spoke with you. Salad bar was depleted. Good amount of hand sanitizer available - but most staff were not wearing masks or exempt lanyards (Covid regulations in place) Food was nice once an order was finally taken!
