Nice place to visit, however it was very cold in the restaurant. There were a lot of children along with parents sitting in jackets. Heating should be on if it is this cold outside. Other than that food was very good, service was excellent.

Nice local place to eat at but it ended up being more expensive than expected. I also would have like to have seen other vegetarian meats like seitan or tofu. If your in the area and need a quick bite to eat check it out.

We came in for a flying visit to this restaurant not realising it was the first day of the new menu . Wayne our server was excellent very positive towards this and recommending us the new chicken wings which were delicious. We then had the bone yard for main which was equally as impressive. Service was friendly and efficient with great attention to detail and even persuading us in desert which we had the new cookies and cream cake which was equally as good

They do some great deals and it's generally great value. I would go just for the salad (all you can eat) starter. The menu has something for all. I had the mixed grill and my partner (vege) had a bean burger. With a voucher we paid just £16.99 for a small feast. Got a hungry family, if so pay a visit. They have an app for payment which eventually worked. Don't laugh they chased us as we left (hense the dropped star). Also could use more staff to keep on top of the busy stream of customers and keep the place tip top clean. Over all I love the place and would visit again and again.

Such a shame about are experience. It took us ages to be served. The waiter with long blonde hair clearly ignoring us and just chatting to his colleagues leaving all the work to the poor other two waitresses. Salad bar practically empty. Just really wasn't a nice experience.

We had a lovely visit to the Katarina yesterday, served by a lovely young lady,Natalie I think her name was. Absolutely brilliant she was, pleasure to have her,she was so nice and engaging with us. Our kids were booked to see Santa for breakfast and we have had our fair share of Santa tours this month and by far your Father Christmas was amazing. Our kids really enjoyed the time meeting Santa and we were truly amazed by his sign language to my youngest daughter who has learning difficulties. We will come again , definitely! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

From the moment we stepped in the door we waited over 10 minutes even to be acknowledged, then when manager came back. We asked for a table for 3 of which included a wheelchair user was told fully booked until 4.15pm, (this was 2.45pm ) and we could sit downstairs and have bar service. Thought we could only sit downstairs as we had a wheelchair user and no lift and the place was empty? Food came very quickly and was not fit for consumption, greasy, dry, tasteless no1 asked if we was okay ? Staff looked manic & tired, place needs renovation. Would not come back here again
