Pizza Hut Delivery brighton

Very disappointed with pizza hut Lewes Road, ordered our food over 2 hours ago and have been ringing multiple times with no answer, including head office which were no help at all! Will be getting a refund and ordering else where! Would not recommend ordering here, appalling service!

Ordered over 2 hours ago and nothing. Had to call the Hove branch to get them to contact one of the staff on their personal number. He just called me and told me that they aren't going to deliver it, but that I could collect it. Unbelievable

DISGUSTING FOOD! Would give zero stars if possible! Incredibly poor delivery time - we were waiting for our food (only one pizza and two sides) for a whole hour! Items missing - we did not receive an item that we ordered as well as the sauces included on the order and we had to have a separate delivery bring it to us. The pizza itself - There were FINGERNAILS IN THE PIZZA! My partner and I found TWO FINGERNAILS in the dough. Tried to ring the Pizza Hut to complain yet did not get through until 15 attempts to phone. Absolutely awful customer service and quality of the pizza. The staff were rude and were careless of the situation. Do not go to this Pizza Hut!

Good go to for a quick meal. Usually have good discounts. Fyi, Expats no herb bread sticks in the UK.

DAMN ITS A LONG WAIT! Ordered a meal deal with a drink and the pizza took at least an hour and a half to arrive and when it arrived, we were missing a drink. The driver said he’ll back in 5 mins as we just around the corner. We finished our meal, had a shower and ready to go to bed and realised we still haven’t got our drink. Maybe that was 2.5 hours after we got the meal? I thought the principal of a meal deal is to have everything together at the same time, not only some of it.

Excellent staff. Excellent service. Excellent pizza. Excellent value for money. Best Hut. Can't rate this Hut high enough.

Been coming here regularly and always order the same two pizzas as we really enjoy them however after the last order I won't be returning. I ordered the usual pepperoni and Texas bbq. Both arrived stone cold and my pepperoni was sitting in a puddle of grease. I understand this is a naturally more oily pizza however the amount of grease it was sitting in was crazy, and both pizzas were cold. We couldn't bare to eat more than a slice each. I went through complaint procedures as soon as possible and finally got my reply today. They don't care and even responded to me in a very patronizing way like I was a 5 year old child. Never coming back. Food was awful and they don't care about the customer.

Terrible timing, ordered a pizza only to wait almost an hour and half, only for them to have to remake it. I usually never get annoyed or write reviews but I think it’s safe to say that’s the last time I order from this place ever again

Your pizza delivery driver is causing misery and stress to your pizza hut lewes road neighbours. For months the people of Hartington Road, Melbourne Street and Lewes Road have asked him to stop speeding and pulling handbrake turns to drift around the corners - he thinks it's hilarious. There are people crossing the rd and he thinks it's funny to speed towards them like a game. The residents have had enough, the driver is reckless and is going to seriously hurt someone. Police and the council have been informed, we have all been advised to collect video evidence of his activities as a group and send it on to them. We now have lots of footage. 3 months ago he was driving a green mazda and now he is driving a silver BMW, blond hair (possibly dyed) Please pizza hut head office and lewes road General manager, take note this employee is causing great distress to the neighbourhood please can you assist us in resolving this matter before the police do.

** Warning hygiene** I order Pizza Hut regularly, collection only as delivery takes too long and the pizza is always cold. On my way to the lewes rd branch I witnessed a pizza delivery driver take the stack of pizzas out of his delivery hot bag, open the pizza boxes one by one on the bonnet of his car and pick the toppings of with his fingers eating some and throwing the rest on the floor, licking his fingers. I was so disgusted, I watched him for a while. I'm writing this to let other people know, I should have really said something to him TBH. When he'd finished eating the toppings from several pizzas the driver placed the lids back on, put the pizzas back in the hot bag and drove off. He was driving a old green mazda MX5. I have ready fed this information back to pizza hut via email but they have not responded. I will never order pizza from the lewes rd branch again.
