Absolutely lovely ladies, Jackie Stacie & Kassie are always willing to help, advise and chat. It always a tedious job having to do the laundry but at this launderette it's more of a pleasure. These ladies are a credit to the business.

If i'd wanted to ruin my wife's jumper by shrinking it and ruining the fabric feel i could have washed it at home. Instead i wasted money and ruined a jumper with these "professionals". Avoid.

Went for a quick hem for my suit trousers was quoted 4 days, ended up taking a month. Poor communication, no refund, decent people but not enough to make me use their services. Would not recommend. Avoid for "repairs".

A great place! I took about 7 bags of clothes here to be cleaned self-service. I'd never been to a Launderette before and the lovely lady who ran the place that day helped me immensely. She was very patient and professional and made the 2 hour wait for all my laundry to come out clean and dry a lot easier!

2/ 5

Based on past experience and good reviews, I recently recommended this laundrette to some friends who were moving house and had several large items to wash. I've given two stars because the machines were big, clean and worked well. As my friends were unfamiliar with using a laundrette, they needed to ask for advice on normal questions like where to put the detergent in the machines, whether change of a note was available, the capacity of the drums, how much laundry should go in a dryer. It would have been acceptable to either direct them to a notice on the wall or information on the front of machines, if the answers were visible there. You could also say politely that staff would only offer advice if you paid for a service wash, if that's the case. It isn't acceptable to be rolling eyes, snapping and making passive-aggressive comments from the first moment. Perhaps one of the staff was just having a bad day, but after hearing about my friends' experience, I would neither go there again myself nor recommend it to anyone else.

About 3 weeks I bought a Mac on eBay for £30. Fitted me perfectly. Needed dry cleaning. Took It to this shop. I picked it up a week later and the sleeves partly disintegrated. Turns out sleeve material is not suitable for dry cleaning. The item is ruined. The dry cleaners should have used their specialist [[COMMON SENSE]] and not cleaned it!! I have never worn it! Charged £13 cleaning. Lost £43 total.I returned the item to them. The lovely ladies who manage the shop have asked the Manager countless times to contact me and offer compensation. NO RESPONSE, the Mac is back in their shop awaiting the dustbin as ruined. I NEVER WORE IT!! 😓 absolutely disgraceful customer service 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
