I came to visit Salisbury because I heard about magnificent beauty of this old city. And as I was walking passed The Works, decided to come in to the shop as they had massive Sale posters up. I thought that I will get a bargain when instead I saw a store manager shout at her young lady employee. That young lady was in tears. The shouting carried on, saying that she will fire her! In front of all the customers. This is outrageous! Will never come back to this abuse shop ever again! If I could only give 1 star, I would!
