Great night & wonderful service with top acts. A real night to remember. Vanessa was great! Only downside was the slightly shady tactic of charging the 15% surcharge on EVERYTHING (including your ticket price and any weekend surcharge your already paying). A lot of shocked faces in the crowd when the bills come out. I’d rather just pay a bit more for the ticket. Overall, a fun night

Average food, decent acts, nice staff. It is insanely expensive for drinks and extras, they have got you trapped and they know it. If it was a bit more reasonable I would give it 4 starts but I just feel like I've been shafted!

We purchased tickets on Groupon then on booking we get told about additional prices to pay per head. The show was entertaining and staff were friendly, however the food and drink really let us down. The food wasn’t even warm, we ended up having to send it back twice then just gave up with our starter on the third attempt to eat it. The following two courses were no improvement. Drinks were really over priced - and were not even nice! We had an awful cocktail & Prosecco unfortunately. Toilets were awful too, seats falling off, dirty and run down, no space, no loo roll etc. It appears that this place has prestigious prices for a non prestigious venue and food/drinks. If it was lower priced all round it would be more suited to the event.

The entertainment was fantastic! Service was excellent and the food good. The bottomless cocktails were not great and more like punch so we ordered drinks from menu instead. It landed up being a lot more pricey than expected. The shows and service made it an enjoyable day despite that.

I had a nice time but evening left on a very sour note, my grandmother (79) wanted to pay the bill and I went outside to get taxi that arrived quickly. I then spoke to my Grandmother about the bill and she told me she asked Luke our waiter if service or tip included and he told her no! I feel my Grandmother has been taken total advantage of as it is known this place already has a high service charge in place. Exceptionally disappointed so would no longer recommend.

Amazing night! Worth every penny and more. Each and every performer was a professional and incredibly talented. It surpassed my expectations! Arrival drink was less than desirable, a bright blue cocktail however, apart from that slightly questionable start the experience just got better and better. The wait staff were attentive, the food tasty and the atmosphere electric! Brilliant night!

Overpriced. Not worth the money. The ceiling came in under the booths and we wrote an email to complain that we left early as the atmosphere was killed, in total we spent £500, I spoke to the lady before we left she said nothing she could do, no response from your email. I was not going to leave a negative review but since you can't be bothered to respond to my email. I wouldn't recommend this place it's not worth the money.

Had a fabulous night for a friends birthday. The staff and performers were excellent could not fault. However, whom ever owns this establishment needs to rethink his choices. An added £50 service fee. Yes £50! To the bill at the end which we definitely chose not to pay and NOT because the service wasn't fantastic, but because we found out none of the money actually goes to the waiters. There was then a 12.5% MANDATORY service fee on all drinks which is printed onto the menu - in small print obviously so watch out for that. I think this is absolutely wrong when it doesn't go to the people who are working hard for it. They get no tips, but the owner seems to be rolling in it! Alex proud (The owner, I just googled) is a big old scrouge McDuck. This definitely puts me off going back after speaking to the waiters and finding out that they seem really upset/frustrated about it too. I don't want to fund his lavish lifestyle so I won't be returning.
