UPDATE : To be fair on the Car Wash Company, they responded to my scathing review below and offered me both a refund and a free repeat car wash. You can't really ask for more, so kudos and credit where it is due. The repeat wash was EXCELLENT. There had clearly been a complete change of personnel and the guys now manning the car wash in the Brighton Churchill Square car park are now conscientious,thorough and know what they're doing. What a transformation. Just hope it stays that way. My review goes from 1 star to 5 stars as a result! Not impressed. Found a £25 receipt hidden away in the car after being charged £35 (yes, I'm a mug!). Next day (in daylight) saw all the parts they didn't clean. Looked like a rushed job, inside and out. Sorry, but it's an AVOID!

Asked for the car to be washed while attending a meeting. I was told a wash and hoover would be £28.95. Queried the fee and was pointed to the 'Gold sparkle` service which included boot vacuumed, tyres dressed and deodorising. Made the first mistake of not driving away! Came back 1 1/2 hours later and initially could not get any of the staff to take payment. Made the second mistake and didn't have a look at the car before driving off. Got home to find the boot was untouched, the back of the car hadn't been hoovered properly and the tyres were still dirty. Should have driven away when given the price! Subsequently called to discuss the above but no call back. Couldn't give a NIL star rating otherwise I could not leave the post. Drive away!

Was my first time using this car valeting service and there were lots of empty bays. The man was really rude to me, not even asking what I wanted but just looked at me. I said I'd like the silver and all he did was bark at me 'How long you going to be?'. I wasn't sure how long I could leave the car so I asked him how long it would take and he just barked again but in a really exasperated tone. 'How long?!?'. My husband was with me and we were both so shocked at how he spoke to me. The car was clean on my return but not a patch on the place up near Preston park. And it was more expensive! Never again.

It has reached to my concern on how the customer service of this business gone - out of the window and it got worst. I support the business idea of saving water yet achieving almost the same result. This is the second time I had my car washed to notice that it is not done properly and has left some marks of dirt (as I notice it once I got back home) in a bid to finish the job quickly. They also have moved the price higher yet with the same ridiculous service especially the car wash attendant being rude. I have also asked a favour if he could just wipe the side door inserts as will only take around 2 - 5 seconds. The car wash attendant refused and said that I have to pay for the inside cleaning which will cost more than £10 for having the side door wiped. I do understand it is a business, but that is not too much to ask considering they were not even busy. For the new price they charge compared to the service they provide I will never come back again, even my friends were unsatisfied by the way how they treat customers.

AVOID! Rude manager guy and all they do is literally smear around the dirt leaving smudge marks and skip out anything where you have to bend over properly. Oh and then there is the price!? We went silver.. next time we’ll go elsewhere

We have had two cars washed here now. Both have been bad. The first one I put down to one of those things but again the finish is appalling with wheels half washed and dirt left on panels. One Star is too good for this company. Avoid at all costs!

Absolute rubbish company and car wash, rude staff and didn’t even bother to clean the inside of the car upon pick up. Was exactly the same as when I left it with them… first time coming here, will NEVER return again. Don’t waste your time nor money and find a different company.

Head office has good communication and are really efficient, thank you for looking into my query.

Somehow they managed to break the windscreen wipers, they flew off as soon as they started the engine then they put them back on for us but a few days later while using them they flew off in the middle of the motorway, if there had been any traffic behind us it could have resulted in a serious accident, mud on the back wheels had not been cleaned off either. My 13 year old son managed to clean it much better without making the windscreen wipers fly off.

As soon as I asked for the silver wash (£25) I was pressed to actually have the much more expensive £55 wash and wax. The guy was really grumpy to deal with. When I stuck to the £25 wash he practically ignored me. The external wash was good but the internal hoover and clean was not effective at all. The Beaconsfield guys do a much better clean for half the money. Would not use them again.
