Awful! It was my first time at this car wash as I normally clean my car myself. I was directed to the bottom before being laughed at by two other men for going the “wrong way”- as directed. One man started washing my car WHILST MY WINDOWS WERE DOWN!! I had to shout for him to stop. They then all laughed instantly despite water having gone in my vehicle. The attitude here is just awful. Two of the men had no understanding of how to be polite and even started exploring my vehicle when opening the doors to dry. I asked them if everything was okay after one had called another guy round to my boot and pointed at my equipment in the back, speaking in a different language and laughing. I got out the car and explained to them that I have had an awful experience for what should have been a relaxing ten minutes sitting in my own car. I said at the end of my visit that this is not how i expected to be dealt with and that I found the whole experience really uncomfortable. They apologised but pretended they were laughing at other things. You don’t have to speak the same language to understand body language - even my dog understands pointing.

On entry the signs only explain prices, not wait time or if you can pay by card etc I had to wait behind two cars who were being cleaned inside the vehicles when mine wasn't but I couldn't get past as they didn't move the cars to one side so could leave. 25 mins later I paid by card and was charged 50p, not annoyed about the 50p but why I wasn't explained to. They weren't rude but not polite either, the clean was ok but it took so long to leave it's put me off ever going there again.

I’ve been using Beaconsfield car wash for a few years now and Tim & his team always do a great job. Would recommend to anyone that lives or is visiting Brighton / Hove 100%.

One of the best places (if not the best) to get your car cleaned in Brighton. The entry is slightly hidden on the main road but once you know where it is you'll never forget. Get your car cleaned inside and out or just out, you will be asked on arrival. Always well staffed, lots of friendly staff spraying, scrubbing, wiping, vacuuming, drying and cleaning cars. How ling it takes depending on how busy it is but they run a tight ship asking drivers to move along their cleaning production line, it can take anywhere between 20 to 30 minutes from start to finish. There is a little customer waiting area near the exit. I've used them dozens of times and always pleased with results and service. Highly recommended.

Did a mini valet for 25 quid on Peugeot 207 and made a good job of it. Basic wash etc 15 quid for same car. Prices do vary depending on car size. Guys friendly.

Beaconsfield hand car wash is well located and does a brilliant job. Our dealership has used the company for many years and has had thousands of washes performed so im qualified to say this is a great car wash service. Thank you Tim.

I dropped my filthy and sticky car this morning, and 90 mins later and £30 lighter my car is shining and spotless inside and out. I'll definitely be back. Couldn't be happier with the service.

I just paid £40 to have one seat cushion in my car cleaned / valeted. I was in a rush to get to somewhere so I stupidly didn't check the back seat before I left the car wash. This is how it looks after a £40 clean. It only feels damp on a small area of the cushion too. I have just tried to call to speak with someone but as you are no doubt busy there was no answer.

Best car wash I have experienced in Brighton. Very thorough, even with dog hairs!
