Superb, no other word for it. Really well run business, my boy loves coming here and gets to watch cartoons and sit in racing car chair. Not only that but they actually are very skilled barbers and hairdressers which is rare these days for kids haircuts. 10 out of 10

Brilliant place my son had his first ever hair cut and it was fun for him to have done!! they have a little car to sit in and watch tv!! my husband also had his cut at the same time!! no wait time and my son was looked after whilst my husband had his cut! cannot recommend enough!

I've been to this place on two occasions. Once they over charged me and wouldn't refund the difference when I mention it straight away in the salon and even when I email the next day, I got no response like one of the other reviewers. The other occasion they didn't cut my daughter hair straight. So when I decide to give them a final chance I ask when booking if they would give me a 5er off because of the two occasions and they said no. Jade said if I send in a picture of the hair cut by email she would give me a free haircut but then didn't respond to my first 3 emails and didn't honor her off. When I said I'd leave a review as she wasn't responding she email me back to say it was unfair and unkind of me to do that and send me a full price listing and that she wouldn't honor her offer as some time had past from three days ago. I would not recommend this place, the customer service is poor, they don't care enough about reputation its more import to them to make more money then to satisfy there customer and to show service user respect. Great kids barbers. The seats are child sized cars each with an optional TV to watch. It's a great way to get the little ones trimmed relatively peacefully. The staff are efficient and friendly and the kids lobe the experience.

Absolutely brilliant. Great people, fab haircut. Did baby’s first cut and was very impressed. Highly recommend.

Took my nearly two year old for her first haircut here yesterday and we all loved every minute! They played Peppa pig on the TV and let her play with the combs and brushes. Really good value for money, would definitely recommend.

Can't wait to come again in the future.

Took my son here for his second haircut after the first one didn’t go so well elsewhere. The lady was so good at making him comfortable so that he sat relatively still and she managed to do a great cut. I was thrilled thank you!

My son hates his hair being cut. We tried 4 hairdressers and all of them just traumatised him. We went to Bertie and Belle and he was so comfortable, and had a wonderful haircut. Staff were super patient and caring. One thing: you need to fix the pink cars stearin wheel. Second time I’ve been and it’s still not fixed 💕other than that, amazing

i took my child to a party where and there was a man in their chicken nuggets, i am raging mcberries and cream😡
