Paul Kelly gave excellent service. He was there when we needed to ask questions and left us alone when we wanted to browse. The requested quote was delivered promptly and had it been at the price level required, I would have bought a car from him on the service alone.

Top top top service. I went in looking for a new car, not entirely sure what I was wanting at first but have always Loved the F-Pace and loved it even more seeing it. Paul Kelly was superb from the off, he welcomed me and my dad straight away and showed us around. We booked in to test drive the XE and the F Pace... both were amazing cars but decided to go with the F Pace. They let me take one home too to get a feel for it, I can’t fault anything. I’ve been with Mercedes before but Jag have already absolutely smashed them on business. Top marks for them as a business and especially Paul, a good vibe about him and not a typical pushy salesman. Really impressed!!

Have Bought 2 Brand new Jaguars from here, Had a slight issue with Paint work pealing on Bumper, Reported it, Did not hear any thing, chanced up said they were waiting for Jaguar to get back. Visited the Service team, No info on Computer. Took Picture, I had to chase up they said would have to take it to Crawley, ( I Bought it from Brighton Not Crawley, so why should i spend my time driving around to sort the problem) My 3 Year PCP is ending in few weeks Had sales team calling, but until they deal with my faulty paint will not be ordering a new car. In a time when New Car sales are low they should be looking after customers. Sales and Service should work together, Look after my warranty claim i will keep buying a new Car ever 3 years. If not i go else where

Went down to have a look round a new car. Very efficient, very knowledgeable and welcoming to everyone. Superb service given and was over the moon with my final order. Paul helped explain us through everything and courtesy calls to confirm it had all gone through okay. Excellent offering of a test drive too, didn't feel under pressure or being rushed unlike other companies. Looking forward to getting my new car soon!!!

I bought a used F-Pace through Oli Middleton at Harwoods. He was fantastic - great knowledge of the car and clear on pricing throughout. Motivated but not pushy he, and the wider Harwoods team, were fantastic. Oli was there very early in the morning when I had to pick it up before work and had coffee ready to go with a thorough walk through of the vehicle. Great service - would definitely recommend the Harwoods team!

I cannot praise Harwoods Lewes, and Peter Bailey in particular, enough. Peter was so incredibly helpful, always returning calls when he said he would, answering all questions (and there were a lot!!) quickly and accurately and just generally going the extra mile. I have missed experiences with dealers over the years but honesty, I have nothing but praise for these guys. Highly recommended.

Having decided to change our current car my wife & I decided we may go for a Range Rover Sport. I have had the privilege of dealing with Leon & Neil at the dealership and these guys have made our decision an easy one. Their communications via email & phone have been superb. We visited the showroom for the first time yesterday and was very impressed with the whole outfit, from the helpful receptionist that kept the coffee flowing, to test driving the car and then the ease at signing on the dotted line once Leon had found our ideal car.
