I understand cars break but had the car 5 weeks and it's in the garage for work. Luckily the car is under RAC warranty but they don't cover diagnostic costs and they won't pay for the fluid lost with the leak on the Fuel Additive Tank. They have had to drop the whole rear axle, repair the leak, wheel tracking and replace anything that broke whilst carrying the repair out. Grand total of work £600. We're without transport for the week and £120 out of pocket unnecessarily in which if the service L&C did prior was thorough the leak should have been picked up on

I'd say used car dealerships, in general, have a reputation that is not exactly flattering. I've had my share of amusement and pain with other dealerships but the guys at L&C were friendly, professional and overall a pleasure to deal with. Quite outstanding. I bought a 6 year old 7-seater for just under 8k and the process was smooth and easy. I did the test drive and put down the deposit on a Sunday, which was also very convenient - most other places are not open weekends and it can be a challenge to find the time to get the whole family to have a look at the vehicle before making the purchase. At the time of writing the review we've done the first happy 1k miles in the "new" used car and it appears to have been a great buy. Thanks!

Brilliant service from a local garage... Staff were all friendly not pushy and we are really pleased with our new car. We did have one issue which the car had to go back in for but it was dealt with professionally and without any delay... Great service all round ... So definitely buy with confidence
