Trying to source a used part which is no longer manufactured by MB i called the parts dept at Brighton Mercedes and the chap was really helpful, supplying me with the appropriate part number. In view of the fact that MB Brighton weren't going to get a sale out of me this chap went out of his way to ensure that i had the correct number for the appropriate side of the car. FIVE STARS TO MERCEDES BRIGHTONS PARTS DEPT!!!!!!!

Good staff and good service, I like the ambience and the free tea & coffee on offer, my only complaint is that I find the car parking for their own cars cramped, let alone my own car hence my 4 out of 5 rating. I always feel there’s a bump or scratch waiting to happen. This needs to be addressed really soon as they will only get busier with the quality of cars Mercedes produce.

Car recalled due to air bag problem, free health check included. Shortly after dropping the car off, I received a call saying urgent attention was needed to rear brake pads and discs and one of the tyres had a cut in it. The cost to complete this would be £630 approx. I asked for a report to be printed and took the car to a small, local Mercedes specialist garage. The report advised attention to 3 tyres. On close inspection on the ramp the engineer stated the health check was a load of rubbish. All tyres had 5/7 of the required tread, the cut was a superficial scratch. The front brake pads are fine and the rear discs nowhere near a problem. This model displays any faults and allows for plenty of time to get the car to a garage. No faults have been reported. I have rung the GM of the Portslade dealership, he was busy with another customer and has not rung me back. This behavoiur really devalues the brand and sadly appears to be common.

Served by Matt Bray - made hours of browsing, test driving & negotiating a genuine pleasure & good fun. Super personable guy, easy to talk to & knows his stuff. Agreed on what i was looking for and my limits but he made it work, delivery also came forward by a couple weeks. I just had a bit of fun the whole time and that's the best part.

Fantastic service. Car went in with an issue and was fixed in no time. Asked to speak with the engineer and he was very happy to come out and have a chat with us. Super happy with service and not that expensive considering everything.

A record of what was done to the car would be good. As far as I am aware in the absence of an detailed bill all I have seen is a video of my car and it was washed before it was collected! The service reception said details were in the letter handed to us but no details!

From start to finish I could not fault the service that I was given. Everything was done via the phone and online with exceptional information ease and guidance every step of the way. Aaron was always there to provide me with any information that I requested. I wish that car purchases were always this smooth. Maybe other dealers need to be shown what exceptional customer service Mercedes Brighton provide. Love my new car and am not at all disappointed in any way. Thank you Mercedes especially Aaron
