Friendly and helpful with advice and suggestions. When discussing how best to use the product the assistant noticed I probably had the wrong colour filler. He immediately went off to get the right one. Shop local is the best bet when possible.

Always excellent service. A great local hardware shop. Not much they haven't got.

Workers always on the phone. Didn't even look up from the desk when I asked a question?! Awful prices. Was recommended as a local traditional store. To busy trying to compete with the higher companies in the same industry to focus on their service. Very poor. First and last visit.

We always end up buying more than we went in for in our defence they have so many things from DIY to kitchen stuff paint tools gas coal batteries torches brushes etc etc etc staff always amazing helpful polite they've never let us down

If they haven't got it they have it by next Tuesday. Knowledgeable staff and good service. Makes the B &Q's of this world look pathetic.
