I always visit there and pick up the items order on line. The staff are very friendly, always willing to assist me. I remember that I need find some small screws but only have a sample on hand, the staffs are very helpful and search the category to find the screws for me. Finally they can find it for me. I can says that the items provided by them are value for money and you can also pick a handy category and read it at home before you make the purchase. This category is very helpful for a DIY or tradesmen.

Requested to look at an item. Nil stock and it was an item that had to be ordered in to the shop next day as it was over £200 and i had to pay now. I said it might not suit my needs so what's the point of paying if i want to have a look at it first? Surely if i can't use it, someone else will buy it? Can't help. Won't help. Computer says 'No'.

Out of Stock of nearly everything, ordered something to customers address. Paid £5 for next day delivery, never turned up, called to get update, sent to a texting chat, where they told me they couldn't offer any good will gesture. Now have a 1 hour round trip into town on last day of job. Thanks a lot Toolstation. I'll use Screwfix from now on. Much more efficient in there.

TOP SHOP, no pun intended. Just honest to goodness good service, very nearly always got what I want and will always offer to have it ready for next day. friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Well run shop, manager very hands on. My first choice.
