We booked GB liners to move us from Edinburgh to Munich after a company we used before (and liked) let us down with high quotes and no communication to help us come up with alternative solutions. I put my move into a search site and got an immediate response from GB Liners. I could tell from the first phone call that they knew what they were doing and that the cared about coming up with a solution. They helped us revise our plan to one that was affordable for us; in fact, every call and/or email was answered quickly and I really felt like I was an important client, even with our small move. When it came time to pack in Edinburgh the movers were prompt, friendly and efficient. They cared about our belongings, treated them with respect and used high quality materials to protect them. Instead of a direct move, we saved money by having our load go into storage for a few weeks (which suited our timeline) before having it delivered to our self store unit in Munich. The moving date was left open but we quickly got a call from GB Liners that a date was available just days after we arrived in Munich - BONUS - it was a Saturday!! Once again the delivery guys were early, friendly, efficient and happy to help us neatly fit everything into our storage unit. Moving is VERY stressful but GB Liners made it easy and even fun.

What can I say!! Pricing was comparable to quotes received from 3 other BAR accredited providers. The EXCELLENCE was with the Operational Teams. Spread over 3 days, the Teams comprised of the same Team Leader & common members...with additional members as required. We would like to congratulate them all on their communication, teamwork & professionalism. They are a credit to GB Liners and we are so appreciative of how smoothly the whole operation was handled. GB Liners will receive the strongest recommendation from us for any inquiry regarding removals services.

Impeccable move from Switzerland to the UK. All employees I dealt with were highly professional, friendly, and tried to accommodate any request I might have had. Would highly recommend. The price/quality ratio was outstanding.

An excellent company all round. The team at the office were professional and extremely helpful to us in planning our overseas move and the movers on the day were thorough and careful. Any issues were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. Cannot recommend highly enough and will use them again if we move!

We used GB Liners for our recent move and can only offer compliments. On the moving days, Andrea and team were efficient, quick and cheerful, which made a stressful time much more bearable. Prior to that we had a good, clear quote from Neil and great help over the phone from Mandie and Caroline. They were also very competitive on price. All in all we would recommend highly.

We have used GB Liners twice before when we moved house, so we knew we were in safe hands. On this occasion we had to support a friend when he moved between care homes and arrange for his belongings to be transferred. GB Liners were excellent and even arranged a video call so that they could assess the quantity. Caroline and Paul liaised with us at every stage. We’ve chosen to work with GB liners for our moving from London to Switzerland. From the very beginning our main contact - Charlie - was very nice and responsive. We got all our answers quickly and this helped for our choice to work with them. The packing in London went very smoothly - the three movers were kind, professional and super efficient. Everything was in the truck faster than expected. The moving in Switzerland went perfectly well - it’s a partner from GB liners and they were great. Super efficient, polite and they even helped us build some furnitures - that wasn’t planned but they did it almost spontaneously ! Overall, we were extremely satisfied with GB liners - I would strongly recommend then to anyone who is looking to move with the UK or abroad.
