Opening hours weren’t great and the lady was very rude to my boyfriend. Manager did not do anything about it. Clearly with no fear of losing my job, I would also do whatever I want and wait for the day I retire in peace... (would I?) Therefore we’ve decided to choose another storage.

Pricing and location is good, and they have a lift and bay that make them easy to use for removals.

Pricing and location is good, and they have a lift and bay that make them easy to use for removals. They've been friendly and easy to contact throughout, and recommended the right storage space based on my needs. Despite my messing up by not booking a proper removal time (during Covid - appointment slots have been necessary), the staff were extremely accommodating, professional, and friendly.
