I've been with this practice prior to "Dr Manny" taking over. I am extremely satisfied with the friendly reception staff and the efficiency of the dental practitioners and hygienists. Visiting the dentist may be daunting to some people but the staff at this practice are always reassuring and make you feel comfortable.

I've been going to White House Dental Practice for me and my kids for over 9 years. Emmanouil our dentist, is always amazing, he's great with the kids, always happy and engaged. Not many people like a visit to the dentist but at least with him its always a pleasure! I would recommend the practice and him as a very fine dentist!

Andrea is a wonderful dentist who will got to any length to save the precious peggies. For the time, attention and peace of mind she gives me, the cost is very fair indeed. My children (all grown up now) still travel down from London to see her rather than take their chances elsewhere. The nursing staff too are super professional and Clare on reception is so cheerful and helpful. I would particularly recommend Andrea to anybody feeling anxious about dental treatment as she creates a very calm atmosphere.

Lovely calm and friendly practice. Susan took her time to explain all my options and I feel I was able to make an informed decision about my teeth and what I wanted done. I highly recommend this practice!

The White House is the best dental practice, they’re all so kind, friendly and most importantly caring. They make sure all your needs are met and go above and beyond their duty to make sure all your problems are sorted. I would highly recommend Dr Raquel Evans. Her bright and happy ora puts you at ease and she always makes me laugh. Such important traits to have especially for someone like me who is always a little tense going to the dentist. If I could give more than 5 starts I would!!

I've been seeing Raquel at this practice for many years. She's recommended treatment when necessary and advised me when it's appropriate to watch and wait. I've been very happy with her care. All the staff have always been very friendly and professional.

After attending for many years, during lockdown later summer - without warning, letter, email, text, call, decided that I was no longer a patient - as I hadn't visited often enough. I explained I'd not known (or been told) it was a requirement to go every 6 mo. I tried to discuss with the manager. The reception clearly screens calls. I see from other reviews the practice has in fact cancelled their NHS patients (despite being listed). Shabby shabby treatment of people - demonstrating no responsibility or duty of care.

I recieved this email on the 29th of June stating "I always aim to provide you with high quality, preventive dental care at an affordable cost. To ensure I can continue to provide this level of care, I will no longer be offering NHS check-ups to my adult patients from 1st July 2021 and will only be treating patients on a private basis" To provide THIS Level of "care" she needs to ensure that she has customers who are not as disadvantaged that even though they work full time, they can't even afford her lifestyle. Sorry, but my tooth is still hurting since you showed no care, just wanted to rush me out of the chair as soon as possible, as I was an NHS patient. It shouldn't be a privilege to get dental care, as it is a basic need with impact on our physical and emotional well-being. I do believe that any profession that is concerned about people should promote a level of moral duty as well. Lack of understanding of people's basic needs is due to lack of education and high level of greed. :( I educate children to brush their teeth, so they can avoid paying private dentists and can save up money for their basic needs. How shameful this world is.
