Great Practice I found for my mum who was terrified of the dentist before. Everyone is so open and friendly and helped her feel at ease for the first appointment. I then joined the practice after her treatment as they're amazing people, and skilled at there job.

Always there to help in an emergency and very proffessional care. Despite a dislike for the dentist I always have a good giggle to boot. Thank you team!

A piece of my tooth fell off. I called in and was unexpectedly seen and treated within half an hour. Totally painlessly. Several months since my previous treatment, as a new patient, yet the receptionist recalled my name as I entered. Impressive and excellent service. Lovely staff.

From the moment that you arrive, you are cared for. From the Receptionist all the way through. I am an extremely nervous patient and this is the first dentist i have been to where i feel comfortable. They take there time and always tell you what is happening. Would highly recomend. My Children are always happy to go and have no worries about being at the dentist.

I've been with Andrew Whitehouse for many years, even before he opened the Windmill Surgery. Excellent treatment, friendly atmosphere, very happy to recommend. Practice now under new ownership staff the same just had a scale and polish excellent as always and full PPP. Had a Check-up yesterday met new people all friendly and helpful, all good. Very friendly staff. Always met with a smile. Had to get emergency appointment - absolutely no problems with fitting me in to sort out painful abscess.

Despite the waiting room being empty and informing the receptionist I was outside in the rain it was 10 minutes before I was allowed in. I had booked a 40 min emergency appointment and informed reception that I required at least one filling. After 2 X-rays I was told the filling could not be done on that day and I would have to re book at least 2 more appointments and was billed £73. Having consulted another Dentist it was quickly established that the hole had compacted food in it causing the Gums to be swollen and painful. They quickly removed the food and did a temporary filling. This should of been done during my appointment at the Windmill Dental Practice.
