Cannot speak more positively about this practice. We have found the move from our previous surgery seamless and, in fact, a better experience all round. Our dentist, Laura Dinsdale, has put all the children at ease with her calm demeanor and somehow she managed to replace a fling for me today 100% painlessly - even the numbing injection was totally painless due to her genital technique. Usually that's the worst bit!

Excellent dental practice, receptionist very welcoming. Excellent dentist who made me feel very much as ease, after being really nervous. Would highly recommend.

I'm the cliche nervous dental patient so reading some of these 1 star reviews really freaked me out but they're all about the same person who is no longer at the practice. Everyone else there is absolutely fantastic. The reception staff are lovely and my experience with Dr Dinsdale has put me completely at ease. She has endless patience and understanding for nervous patients and I'm so so happy with the work she has done on me. It's a relief to be no longer scared of the dentist.

Staff at reception are always so friendly and helpful,a nice relaxing atmosphere, never a scary experience!

I was very nervous patient but Dr Jacobi and his lovely staff sorted me right out. I was very comfortable and I felt like he done a really good job on me.I would give him five out of five it was a really good job and I’m so pleased, well happy with his work. Cheers

Such a wonderful team at the Brunswick dental practice. I've been going there for many years and the team has always been so supportive in helping me to get back my confidence in smiling. Florentine and her husband are outstanding, I just can't thank them enough. The wait for an appointment is short and I'm never waiting round for my alloted time.

I have been seeing Florentina for years (probably decades!) and have been really happy with my dental visits/treatments. She takes time to explain everything and is both professional and friendly. Receptionists are lovely too.

Appalling service. I had an appointment with Dr Jacobi. I was told by him that if I have my tooth removed they can fit an implant, the dentist assured me it was the best option. So I agreed and let him remove the tooth. I then asked how I go about getting the implant now that the tooth has been removed. The dentist then said that they cannot fit an implant after all as it has to be done on the same day as the tooth removal. I would not have agreed otherwise! I would have waited! He lied to me and then shrugged it off when I said I was upset. Not only this, but Dr Jacobi himself had awful dental hygiene, very bad breath that I had to endure whilst he removed my tooth! Disgraceful!!!! Will not return and I recommend other patients find elsewhere! Don't make the same mistake I did by going here.

Only use this place if you like to be treated like animal by the receptionist !

Prior to orthodontic treatment, my daughter had to have a number of teeth extracted by Ms Florentiina Marcu, in what was not an easy procedure. I have always found Ms Marcu to be an excellent dentist for both myself and my daughter - extremely professional, highly skilled and kind - but the care and gentleness she showed towards my daughter whilst she underwent this considerable treatment was amazing. Her constant reassurance, kindness and attention to my daughter's welfare was exemplary. I have seen a number of private and NHS dentists in my life and can honestly say that Ms Marcu is the best I've ever known. I would also say that the receptionists at this practice are so efficient and truly caring - I cannot begin to understand the negative reviews about them. Whilst visiting the dentist is rarely an occasion to look forward to, being a patient at this practice is always a positive experience.
