I had a superb experience at Raffinee in Salisbury. First and foremost, the service that I received from Marie and the owner was warm, personal, and professional, on both successive days that I visited. Second, Raffinee carries exactly the type of shoe that I treasure most: classic, timeless, and extraordinarily well made. I don't shop often, but when I do, it is for something that I can wear for years. I will go out of my way to go back to Salisbury, if for no other reason than to go to Raffinee. Thank you.
