we visited this shop to get a braclet strap and all members of staff was happy to help and did everything possible to get us what we wanted couldnt say enough great things about the staff and products are pandora so always great quality

I visited this store today as I had a problem with a Pandora charm that I had bought for my daughters birhday.I was absolutely blown away by the amazing service I got from the assistant and the Manager.Its completely restored my faith in the retail business. Thank you so much for the help you gave me .

This shop has lots of nice things.The staff are very nice & professional.

Easy to get to. It's a jewelry shop and all part of the Pandora range, so you know what you are getting.

It store was better when it was at the Lanes. I had a setback with a receipt the sales assistant should send to my email but he didn't but another sales assistant promptly helped after that. Another important aspect that missed there: representativity. They might have black sales assistants but I don't remember seeing one. A store with no representativity (not only in race but generally) is stating the type of people they want.

You get what you get from Pandora. It's a 'name', it's glitzy and bling but once you get the item out of the lights of the shop it loses it's sparkle. The service is nice and the shopping experience is well organised to help you spend your money.

A really great and friendly staff team. I'm transgender m2f and they made me feel really comfortable and relaxed whilst making my selection and purchases.

Amazing customer service. Had a great experience today (1/5/21). Staff were welcoming and friendly and we were served by Mina who was fantastic! We were difficult customers who had a gift voucher- which we messed up and made into a nightmare! Mina was calm, patient, kind and friendly. He sorted the issue quickly and was so helpful after what I’m sure was a busy day that wasn’t yet over.
