Another customer gone thanks to signing up for a year and having issues with cancellation. They take your first payment in reception and then sign you up for a year so 13months, not 12 months. The changing room has mould all over the ceiling and showers are often unclean and cold. Would not recommend anyone practices yoga here if you are searching for a peaceful place to enjoy your practice.

Atrocious. Some yogis shouldn't be allowed to practice/teach there.

The feeling after was amazing. What an experience, A must try for anyone. I was amazed by the amount I sweated from their well choreographed stretches. The studio had a lovely tropical heat, The instructor was clear and easy to understand and all the other participants were a great bunch too. Reception was clean and the shower rooms were immaculate. I will definitely go back again . Thank you dynamic

I'm so glad I finally tried this place. Studio is huge. I had a very warm welcome from receptionist while signing up and she also went out of her way after the class to see how I went. Lisa is an amazing instructor. I look forward to meeting all the others.

Joined since its new ownership a couple of years ago. Great classes & a variety of hot yoga, ashtanga & vinyasa. All classes & teachers excellent, especially Gemma Williams. The best thing though is my new Muay Thai journey at the studios with fab coach Aftab Miah. The most encouraging, inspiring trainer who's improved my technique, skills, fitness & combat mindset in only a couple of months. .

Didn't let me go to the class as I hadn't brought a mat, I asked if i could go home and get my mat and join the class 5 minutes late and they said no.. it should be way more obvious that you have to bring a mat and it's very unfair that if you don't bring one you can't attend. Reception woman was rude

I have been to around six hot yoga venues and each of them has pros and cons. After all nothing is perfect. As for dynamic hot yoga I like it a lot. It has a nice big room for yoga and the teachers I have been with are very good, that's Lisa and Sara. Another plus point for me is that it's not too hard and not too hot. The reception staff are helpful and friendly. The only negative is that it's a bit far for me to travel but it' worth it. It's more affordable than some places also.

Been coming here for about five years - it's a great place - super friendly, beautiful studio, 3/4 classes a day, mainly Hot Yoga but also Ashgtanga and Vinyassa. Subs are pretty cheap compared to other places in Hove. Highly recommended!
