customer review: The instructors at the Brighton Natural Health Centre are world class. My favourite ones so far are: Galit Mersand (Belly Dance), Ginny Haswell (Yin Yoga), Jo Mondy (Hula Hooping) and Hannah Pickett (Contemporary Dance). If you are drawn into anything holistic; alternative medicine; subtle body healing; body work; dance; meditation; yoga or even hula-hooping, this is the place to go! And the prices are just so affordable. The Brighton Natural Health Centre in the North Laines is truly a hallmark of Brighton's inclusive character as a place for self-development and healing. Well done!

You can feel how well established this studio is compared to others in Brighton. They have nothing to prove, no need for gimmicks, which I really appreciate! The studios are light and spacious, the teachers are very experienced in their fields and there is a wonderful feeling of community and mutual support.
