It took them 5+ years and al many many emails before they fixed our windows (we could only open 3 out of 8, and in the past 5 weeks only 1…). After little to no responses we had to put a lot of work into this flat as we simply couldn’t wait any longer for things to get fixed and / or updated to modern standards. Sorry that I can’t leave a more positive review, but it can be quite gut wrenching renting with this agency…
